I’m a writer, copywriter, and editor who works to share compelling stories — and help entrepreneurs, creatives, and businesses do the same.

Writing’s always been my thing. I love the art of it, and the chance it affords me to meet amazing people and study new fields. That love led me to major in journalism, then to pursue a 12-year career in the magazine industry. Through interviewing countless entrepreneurs and business owners, I recognized a passion for learning about, and helping to share, their stories with the world, so went on to immerse myself in copywriting and content writing to help businesses do just that. In recent years, I spotted another need in the content marketing and greater creative industry — copyediting. So I’m here to provide all of the above: high-quality editorial writing, content writing, and brand copywriting, as well as freelance editing for creatives who could use some editorial support to make sure their content shines.

I’m a native of Lynchburg, Virginia, and live in Charleston, South Carolina, with my husband and two young sons. In addition to my family, friends, and work, I love yoga, just about anything outdoors, cooking (most days), and reading about (and experimenting with) interior design and gardening.
